In 2015, he was nominated as one of the ‘500 Most Influential People in Britain’ by The Sunday… Read more about @TeacherToolkitWho are the online influencers across the UK?On Friday 21st April, Teacher Toolkit attended the UK Blog Awards 2017 – was nominated for “best UK Education (company) Blog”. The Awards is the biggest influencer recognition event of the year in the UK, bringing together digital leaders and rising stars of the influencer industry.Since 2014, the UK Blog Awards has recognised true viral style and creative excellence across a variety of 17 UK industries; providing a unique opportunity to celebrate and promote individual bloggers and/or companies who share great content with their readers.Out of the 2,000 entries and nominations received, via the public vote, Teacher Toolkit reached the finals after the support of the education community. The purpose of the public vote illustrates how influential content is online. After 96,000 votes, Teacher Toolkit was then assessed against a rigorous criteria from a wide judging panel.We are delighted to inform you that we received ‘Highly Commended‘ recognition on the night. This is fantastic considering that we have just amalgamated the work which I have been doing over the past five years (on this website) to a team effort over the past 6 months.Here’s a quick ‘thank you’ message from all you die-hard fans …The event was held at Park Plaza hotel in Westminster, London. On the night itself, we enjoyed chauffeurs, wine and good company. It was a great evening for celebrating and networking with some of the biggest bloggers in the U.K. – from Arts and Dating to Fashion and Travel.
